This product contains 100% pure essential oils. It is free from any harmful chemicals, synthetic fragrance, toxins, fillers and preservatives.

Clary sage (Salvia sclarea), Peppermint (Mentha piperita), Ylang ylang (Cananga odorata), Marjoram (Origanum majorana), Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), Geranium (Pelargonium graveolens), Cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum).

Place the nasal inhaler near nostrils, then slowly inhale while waving inhaler stick back and forth under nostrils.

Use 5-5-5 formula: count to 5 while inhaling, count to 5 while holding breath and count to 5 while exhaling.

Repeat 2-3 times as needed.
