This oil is blended with 100% natural handpicked ingredients. It is free from any harmful chemicals, synthetic fragrance, toxins, fillers and preservatives.

Rice bran (Oryza sativa), Peppermint (Mentha piperita), Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus radiata), Frankincense (Boswellia carterii), Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis), Cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum), Natural Vitamin E (Tocopherol).

METHOD 1: Direct Inhalation

Roll-on 3 times on your palm. Breathe in their vapors for 30-60 seconds. Breathe in slowly and pause briefly on your inhaled breath. Then slowly exhale, letting go of any tension. Repeat this slow, rhythmic breathing five more times or until your nose feel relieve.

 

METHOD 2: Massage

Apply and roll the bottle to your sinus points (refer picture below), forehead and behind ears. Press your fingers onto points and move them in a circular motion for 10 times for each point. Do not touch eyes or get oil into eyes. The oils will enter through the neurovascular points located in these areas to effectively trigger your relaxation response for relief.

 

 

 

1) Patch Test

It is always important to patch test the skin for the first time to be sure there is no skin reaction, especially for pregnant and breastfeeding women or those with allergies history.

To avoid such situations, you have to perform a patch test every time using a new essential oil or any other medication.

  • Apply a dab of the blending oil on the pulse of your wrist or the inside of your elbow.
  • Wait for 24 hours to see if there is any reaction.
  • If there is no reaction, continue to use the oil. The oil is safe for your skin.
  • If you see a reaction like inflammation, itchiness, redness etc, do not use the essential oil. (Essential oil can react with toxins built up in the body from chemicals in food, water and environment. However, sensitivity can also simply be a sign that you are sensitive to one or more of the chemical properties in the essential oil.)

2) If under any medical condition, please refer to medical practitioner.

3) For topical use only. Avoid contact with eyes.

4) Not suitable for children below 12 years old.

5) Shelf life of this product is 1 year. However, please discard if the smell turns rancid between the time. Please take note that the shelf life is depends on your way of storing the oil.

6) Store at room temperature and out of direct sunlight to prolong shelf life.
