The aroma of Peppermint Essential Oil is familiar and pleasant to most. Peppermint Oil is very intense and is far more concentrated than most other steam distilled essential oils. At low dilutions, it is fresh, minty and quite uplifting.
Menthol in Peppermint induces a cooling sensation, and use of Peppermint Oil in a body mist or even in the diffuser can help to cool you down. It is also known to help ease tension headaches and muscular aches and pains.
Peppermint Essential Oil is stimulating and is a good choice for inclusion in blends intended to help enhance alertness and stamina. It is considered an aphrodisiac. Hence, Peppermint should be avoided before bedtime.

100% Peppermint Essential Oil (Mentha piperita)
HOW TO USE:
1) Diffuse 3-5 drops for every 100ml water using ultrasonic diffuser for 30-60 minutes per session on daytime or when needed. Avoid diffusing nonstop all day or night to prevent over-exposure.
2) For topical use, dilute with carrier oil of your choice (Dilution suggestion: 1-5%)
Blends Well With:
Basil Linalool, Coriander Seed, Eucalyptus Globulus, Eucalyptus Radiata, Geranium, Lavender, Lemon, Palmarosa, Black Pepper, Rosemary 1,8-Cineole, Spearmint, Vanilla C02, Wintergreen, Ylang Ylang.
Experiment with mixing your own unique special blended scent.
1) If under any serious medical condition, please refer to medical practitioner.
2) Avoid contact with skin until it has been diluted with carrier oil. Discontinue use if skin sensitivity occurs.
3) Keep out of reach of children.
4) Please discard if the smell turns rancid between the time. Please take note that the shelf life is depends on your way of storing the oil. Store at room temperature and out of direct sunlight to prolong shelf life.
