This product contains 100% pure essential oils. It is free from any harmful chemicals, synthetic fragrance, toxins, fillers and preservatives.

Bergamot (Citrus aurantium), Cedarwood (Juniperus virginiana), Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), Grapefruit (Citrus paradise), Vetiver (Vetiveria zizanoides).

1) Diffuse 3-5 drops for every 100ml water using ultrasonic diffuser for 30-60 minutes per session. Avoid diffusing nonstop all day or night to prevent over-exposure.

2) For topical use, dilute with carrier oil of your choice (Dilution suggestion: 1-4%)

1) If under any serious medical condition, please refer to medical practitioner.

2) For diffuse only. Avoid contact with skin until it has been diluted with carrier oil.

3) Shelf life of this product is 1-2 years. However, please discard if the smell turns rancid between the time. Please take note that the shelf life is depends on your way of storing the oil.

4) Store at room temperature and out of direct sunlight to prolong shelf life.

The International Federation of Aromatherapists does not recommend that Essential Oils be taken internally. All cautions listed for individual oils do not include those cautions from ingestion.
