This blend’s comforting and freshening aroma works by bringing refreshment and balance to the limbic centre of the brain, which controls emotion, reasoning and smell. It is useful at the end of a stressful day to calm nerves and emotions, promote SLEEP & RELAXATION or to relieve insomnia. By helping the body relax, more blood is able to circulate to the brain, allowing goals and dreams to be visualized more vividly and accurately.

This product contains 100% pure essential oils. It is free from any harmful chemicals, synthetic fragrance, toxins, fillers and preservatives.

Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), Ylang ylang (Cananga odorata), Cedarwood (Juniperus virginiana), Geranium (Pelargonium graveolens) Sweet orange (Citrus sinensis).

Place the nasal inhaler near nostrils, then slowly inhale while waving inhaler stick back and forth under nostrils.

Use 5-5-5 formula: count to 5 while inhaling, count to 5 while holding breath and count to 5 while exhaling.

Repeat 2-3 times as needed.

3) Shelf life of this product is 1 year. However, please discard if the smell turns rancid between the time. Please take note that the shelf life is depends on your way of storing the oil.
